What is the maximum number of days covered? – We currently offer annual insurance with differing maximum days per trip – 31 or 62.
Can days per trip be extended? – No, for longer trips you will need a single trip policy.
Can I get cover for a holiday longer than 62 days? – Yes, telephone us for a ‘single trip’ quote.
Is there an age limit on the annual travel insurance? – Yes up to 74 on the 31 days cover and 69 on the 62 days cover when the policy begins.
Is there a policy excess? – Dependant on your policy excesses may apply. Obtain a quote for further details.
How long does my application take to process? – They are processed on the day they are received and cover can usually commence immediately.
How long in advance can I book? – Usually 2-3 months, it depends on how long the time period is before you want the policy to start. However the policy will not start/take effect until the commencement date, so if the holiday is cancelled before that date, no claim can be made under the policy.
Does an annual policy cover walking holidays? – Yes providing the holiday is an organised walking break.
Does an annual policy cover time-share holidays if cancelled? - Yes
What is a couple? – 2 adults re-siding at the same address.
What is a family? – 2 adults and up to 3 children residing at the same address (children up to the age of 18)
Medical Declaration? – If you have a pre-existing medical condition(s) you will be required to telephone the C.S.A. Healthline on 0870 366 9373 to confirm cover prior to application.
How do we apply? – Use this web site or telephone us direct on 0845 458 3331 quoting 'WEB1'.
Can we pay by credit card/switch? – Yes, we can take any major credit or debit cards.
Can we apply over the phone? – Yes
Am I covered for breaks in the UK? – Yes on pre-booked holidays over 2 nights.
Would I be covered touring in my motor home? – Yes but you would need a separate motor insurance policy in place to cover the mechanical side and peace of mind.
On a couple/family policy can we go on holiday separately? – Yes but not at the same time. If holidaying separately at the same time, we recommend that individual policies are taken out.
If
the policy arrives and it is not what I require, what can I do?
– The policy can be returned to ourselves, within seven days, for a full
refund, providing no holidays have been taken.
